The Best Accommodation

Khimsha Homestay is located around 4.5 Km roughly 20 minutes’ drive from Upper Pelling and is nestled in a small village called Sindrong. Though the village lacks the gorgeous view of the mountain range, the village make up to it with its beauty and peacefulness. Sindrong is a village where mostly people are engaged in agriculture, cattle rearing and milk/dairy animals. Here in this homestay one can be close to the nature and indulge in the local activities and get to know the agricultural trends of the locals.

Sikkim Is famous for its flora and fauna and Sindrong village is a place where one can find it in plenty, homestay itself is surrounded by cardamom plantation and agricultural fields, so one can just take a stroll around the village and can get a deeper understanding of the cultures and traditions as well.

Homestay has a big open spaces and has large rooms with all the basic essentials. Homestay is run by the family itself and our main aim is to make one feel like a family and not as a guest. Khimsha is a homestay where the entire family leaves no stones unturned when it comes to providing a good and comfortable stay, if you are looking for family time in a peaceful and good experience then we welcome you with open heart and hands. Family:

Khimsha homestay is a dream of the entire family and it’s not just a business. The homestay is run by Mrs Chumjey Bhutia and her family, she is a retired school teacher and she has always been keen to outsource what she has with the rest of the world, to bridge the gap and introduce our Culture & Tradition to the world. Since Pelling being a famous tourist destination and having most of her family in the same business, she was always interested in opening her doors to the outside world and always longed to run a homestay by herself. With her Two Sons a Daughter and a daughter in law share the house and the enthusiasm of the head of the family is multiplied by the support of her family members and the bond has always been the plus. Hospitality has always been the priority and Khimsha promises to provide the best when it comes to hospitality.
